Delivering more than oil

 Dear Friends,

Last year’s winter weather brought out the best in our team. They worked long hours so your family had the fuel they needed to stay comfortable, even during the worst days. And whenever a customer reported a loss of heat — even in the middle of the night — our technicians snapped into action to fix the problem as soon as possible.

You can always rely on us to make sure you’re never low on fuel, regardless of the severity of the weather. To ensure prompt deliveries, we may send an extra
man on the truck, like we did last winter, to help pull the hose through heavy snow. We even helped clear away snow for some of our elderly customers.

The latest ones come from companies who can afford to “swallow” the cost of a low introductory price — up to a point. Once you’ve signed on the dotted line and the introductory period is over (usually after the fi rst delivery!), they step up your price until you are paying much more than you would with Scott Williams.

A new system can pay for itself
