Emergency service 24 hours a day:

As a Silver Platter Service plan customer, you are also entitled to priority emergency service, 24 hours day.

Optional coverage for oil-fired water heaters:

For a few dollars each month, you can add coverage for your oil-fired water heater. Coverage includes burner parts, the aquastat and other controls, and the emergency switch. Annual maintenance is included as well. You can request this coverage when you enroll in a heating system service plan.
