As a new homeowner, I am very pleased with my choice [of Scott-Williams].
Every year, we speak with customers who want to cut their heating expenses by replacing their outdated furnace or boiler—but they don’t think they can afford it.
That’s when we tell them about the Mass Save program, which offers rebates and 0% financing for energy-efficiency improvements.
This year-round program has generous rebates for customers when they replace aging, inefficient—but still functional—heating and cooling equipment. On top of the rebates, participating customers will see savings on their energy costs right away by upgrading to a high-efficiency system.
In 2023, as part of the Inflation Reduction Act, you can receive a $600 federal tax credit for installing energy-efficient heating oil furnaces, boilers, central A/C, and water heaters, and up to $2,000 credit for air-source heat pumps and heat pump water heaters.
